The Dead Sea Scrolls provide two major texts dealing, among other things, with the ideal urban plan for the city of Jerusalem — the New Jerusalem Text and the Temple Scroll. This illustrated presentation will examine both of these detailed urban plans, showing how they conceived of the layout of the city and the Temple within it.
